Implant treatment consists of two key parts. The implant itself, that is placed at jaw bone level (just like a root of the tooth) and your new teeth fitted on top (crown, bridge, overdenture).

Tom is a skilled and experienced dentist who has worked within the NHS and Private Practice. After graduating in the year 2000 from the University of Liverpool, he spent time working in a large NHS practice in Kings Heath before joining his father in the family practice.

Tom also spent 6 years working at Evesham Dental Health before dedicating all of his time to the practice in Edgbaston on the retirement of his father.Tom is a caring practitioner who enthusiastically participates in postgraduate professional development to further his knowledge for the benefit of his patients.

Since taking over Fraser Dental, Tom has followed in the footsteps of his father to continue to provide high quality, gentle, relaxed and professional dental care. Tom is always happy to help patients overcome dental fears and enjoy pain free dentistry.

As well as day to day dentistry, Tom has a special interest in cosmetic smile makeovers, root canal procedures, Invisalign clear braces and Dental Implants.

Tom is an Invisalign certified Dentist.He has also completed the renowned implant training pathway in Sheffield at Charles Clifford Dental Hospital. This implant training enables him to provide dental implant treatments knowing he has received the best possible training which is recognised by the General Dental Council.

There is nowhere else to go if you want a very friendly, patient and professional dental practice. Tom and all of the nurses, hygienists and reception staff are awesome! I used to be super nervous at the dentist but having now had a root canal procedure as well as composite bonding I’d unreservedly recommend Fraser dental. Top marks!!

Caring and attentive treatment from Tom Fraser. I now live in Cumbria but am still more than happy to return to Birmingham for treatment with Tom at Fraser Dental Surgery. Yesterday, my procedure was a surgical extraction. Tom was reassuring before and during treatment. Afterwards, Tom clearly advised of my options available to replace the extracted tooth at a later appointment. Excellent service throughout.

Anyone wishing to receive caring and re-assuring dental treatment, then Fraser Dental Surgery cannot be recommended highly enough. Hence a 420-mile round trip for us is well worth while.

I had already looked for other dentists in Birmingham and they said that I had no problem with my teeth, but I had been suffering from terrible pain for 1 year, Dr António made the appointment and soon discovered the problem serious infection in the wisdom tooth yesterday I was very well treated

Tom has looked our whole family for nearly seven years. Our three children love going to the dentist now which is great - although the older two aren't so keen on the stickers anymore! The practice works really well and we're seen almost as soon as we arrive every time. I have every confidence in the dentistry and would highly recommend the friendly team at Fraser Dental!
