Absolutely fantastic dental practice! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. I recently visited dental surgery (Dentist in Harborne) for a teeth cleaning and also got a whitening kit. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. The cleaning was thorough, and I was given helpful advice on how to use the whitening kit effectively. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

I went to the clinic on March 26th to have a dental crown attached. The total cost for the appointment and treatment was 140 pounds. However, the crown fell off on March 29th. I believe this is a quality of service issue and requested a refund. Surprisingly, the front desk staff claimed that they had informed me in advance that the duration of the attachment was uncertain, and that the crown falling off after only four days was my own fault and had nothing to do with their treatment. They refused to offer any compensation. I find this response extremely disrespectful and irresponsible. I followed all the doctor's instructions throughout the process, refraining from using the side with the crown for the first 24 hours and avoiding hard foods afterwards. I paid you for your service, and you have an obligation to fix my tooth properly. Is it not outrageous that it only lasted four days? Moreover, I think you did not adequately inform me that the treatment was only temporary, leading me to believe it would last for a long time. This gives me the impression that you only wanted my money and were not at all responsible. During this period, I sent you an email, but received no response. Later, when I called to follow up, you said you would reply this week, but still haven't. It was a very bad experience! I have decided to file a complaint with the official authority.

I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist today. I Just phoned them to arrange an appointment for my routine checkup but, I was spoken to rudely and even given an unnecessary warning for no reason. After that she cancelled my appointment. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future patients.
